The Role

We're seeking a driven and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at FullStack Labs. As an SDR with us, you'll be responsible for identifying, contacting, and closing new meetings within our established ICP. You'll become an expert at researching customer nuances that make someone a great fit for our services. You'll follow a proven process for cold prospecting using video, email, LinkedIn, and cold-calling. You'll schedule meetings for our Director of Inside Sales, and as you learn more about our company and services, you'll have opportunities for advancement. We use tools like Apollo, Hippo Video, G-Suite, Hubspot, and a VOIP system. In your first week, you'll learn our sales tools and processes, be trained on our service offerings, and start sending emails, texts, and making cold calls. In your second week, you'll make over 100 cold calls. In your third week, you'll book a minimum of two meetings with potential prospects. By your second month, you'll book at least eight meetings per month.

Your Responsibilities

Requirements

We're looking for someone with

  1. +1 year of experience as an SDR, preferably in the SaaS or IT industry.
  2. A hunter's mentality and expertise in identifying and prospecting into new accounts.
  3. A bachelor's degree.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  5. The ability to fail forward and bounce back from rejections.
  6. A competitive nature and drive to succeed.
  7. High energy levels and enthusiasm throughout the day.
  8. Self-motivation and ability to bring ideas to the table.
