Global Business Operations Manager

Liberty Specialty Markets Latam is seeking a highly skilled Global Business Operations Manager to join our Global Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily operations with offshore vendors in underwriting, claims, exposure management, and energy & construction.
  • Collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to align service level agreements (SLAs) and monitor outsourced performance.
  • Managing the vendor budget to ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved within financial parameters.
  • Creating presentations and dashboards to communicate results to internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Leading meetings with various stakeholders to ensure delivery of work meets quality, timeliness, and operational metrics.
  • Defining performance goals and development plans for team members and making hiring and compensation recommendations.
  • Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with internal stakeholders and vendor partners.
  • Developing policies and procedures for outsourcing key processes and overseeing implementation of new programs.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 7 years of team management in vendor management and/or operations.
  • Understanding of underwriting lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across diverse organizations and cultures while managing competing priorities.
  • Ability to lead, organize, and get work done through others.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.
