Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AV Technical Specialist to lead our Audio Visual team and drive innovative solutions that enhance communication and engagement within the organisation.

About the Role

This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of audio-visual technology to ensure seamless integration and high-quality experiences for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and test new systems and equipment.
  • Maintain and optimize tools used in video production, broadcasting, and interactive media.
  • Set up and manage audio-visual connections between different units.
  • Troubleshoot and repair technical issues in equipment and systems.
  • Quickly identify and implement alternative solutions to minimize service interruptions.
  • Operate and manage equipment and transmission links for outdoor broadcasts.
  • Design and install customized audio-visual circuits.
  • Develop and assemble hardware and systems for specific needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level) in both written and spoken communication.
  • A strong understanding of photography concepts, including aperture, shutter speed, ISO, exposure, and lens functionality.
  • Experience with electronic engineering and communication equipment operation.
  • Expertise in operating video cameras and production video switchers.
  • Proficiency in live chroma keying techniques and SDI infrastructure.
  • Adequate color vision and hearing for professional requirements.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and project management.
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including private health insurance coverage, performance-based bonuses, and opportunities for career growth and development.
