Employment Solicitor/Associate

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor/Associate to join our Bristol Employment team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising a range of market-leading clients across the financial services, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
The successful candidate will have a strong reputation in the South West England market, acting for significant financial services clients and household name corporates. You will be expected to undertake a busy and varied workload of employment matters, advising all types of employers, with an emphasis on our financial services sector clients.
- Undertake complex discrimination, whistleblowing, and breach of contract litigation under appropriate supervision.
- Assist on non-contentious projects, including restructures in the UK and across multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide general employment advisory work by telephone and email.
- Take an active role in supervising the work of and assisting in the development of trainees and paralegals.
- Contribute to non-fee-earning activity, such as knowledge sharing and internal training.
- We are looking for a qualified Solicitor with 2-6+ years of PQE experience.
- Ideal experience includes advising clients in the financial services sector and multi-national commercial clients.
- Must have experience of working on tribunal claims and other contentious matters.
- Independent thinker with a focus on generating commercial solutions to problems on behalf of clients.
- Confident communicator with an ability to develop relationships with clients and influence at all levels.
- Enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.
