About the Position

We're seeking a seasoned Information Security Manager to drive our cybersecurity initiatives and ensure the security of our systems and data. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive information security program, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing risks across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Define and Implement Security Strategy: Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide security strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead Security Operations and Incident Response: Oversee security operations and incident response to protect the company's systems and data from potential threats.
  3. Maintain Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and FDA, among others.
  4. Leverage Expertise to Train Employees: Lead security awareness and training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
  5. Evaluate Risks and Vulnerabilities: Manage risk assessments and vulnerability management to identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
  6. Foster Collaboration with Senior Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate security into business operations.

Requirements

  • Advanced Degree: A bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • Extensive Experience: 10+ years of experience in information security, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Certifications: Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.
  • Fluent Language Skills: English language proficiency at B2 level or above.
