We are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts at Qargo Coffee.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and franchise expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and franchise expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain strong industry knowledge and stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in franchising.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record in recruiting and onboarding franchise partners.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
