SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist

Scotiabank is a leading financial institution with a presence in over 55 countries worldwide.
We are currently seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist to join our Global Human Resources Technology team in Bogota, Colombia.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThis role will involve providing configuration expertise and support for SAP SuccessFactors applications as required.
The successful candidate will work across teams to understand and communicate the impact of change requests and new requirements.
They will lead conversations with business users and provide guidance on configuration and best practices.
The specialist will also work with Lab members and understand impacts of configuration, providing guidance according to SAP SuccessFactors leading practices.
Propose alternate solutions to the Lab members as and when needed.
Stakeholder management includes communicating with at least at the Director level.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze cause and effect relationships.
Able to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide configuration expertise and support for SAP SuccessFactors applications as required.
- Work across teams to understand and communicate impact of change requests and new requirements.
- Lead conversation with business users and provide guidance on configuration and best practices.
- Work with Lab members and understand impacts of configuration, providing guidance according to SAP SuccessFactors leading practices.
- Propose alternate solutions to the Lab members as and when needed.
- Stakeholder management includes communicating with at least at the Director level.
- A degree in IT Business / Management or engineering related discipline.
- 3-5+ years combined SAP SuccessFactors experience, preference Employee Central.
- Experience in at least one large scale SAP SuccessFactors implementation project.
- Certification of SAP SuccessFactors, preference Employee Central.
- Ability to work independently and often at the abstract or conceptual level under the general guidance of their manager.
- Working knowledge of JIRA.
- Knowledge of HR business processes.
- Fully bilingual English and Spanish.
- Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
