- Review and evaluate contractor proposals and bids, making recommendations based on technical specifications and project requirements.">
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with project managers to address challenges or delays.">
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building envelope technology, incorporating new methodologies and best practices into project designs.">
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.">
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building envelope design and engineering, with a focus on curtain walls.">
- Expertise in Revit software for building envelope design.">
- Proficiency in other design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.">
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to building envelope systems and curtain walls.">
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions.">

Compensation Package
