Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Technical Engineering Support Expert to join our team at Capgemini Engineering. As a Technical Engineering Support Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for our clients' Network Security solutions. You will work closely with our customers to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for Network Security solutions
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their security needs and provide customized solutions
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex network security issues
  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers on Network Security best practices
  • Contribute to the development of new security solutions and technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or Telecommunications
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco security products, including Firepower, AMP, and FTD
  • Experience with network security protocols and technologies, including VPNs, firewalls, and intrusion prevention systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
