Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Global Due Diligence Project Manager to oversee and guide Researchers in producing high-quality reports that help our Clients protect their integrity and reputation.

Job Description: The Global Due Diligence Project Manager will be responsible for the quality of VANTAGE work, overseeing and guiding Researchers to ensure they produce clear, analytical, and exceptionally well-written reports. The successful candidate will also support the Regional Research Manager in training researchers and managing projects, leveraging internal and external resources to complete VANTAGE projects in a timely and effective manner.


Responsibilities:



  • Project Management: Ensure VANTAGE work is properly scoped, allocated to researchers, tracked, and ultimately delivered on time and within budget.
  • Client Communication: Communicate directly with clients to clarify project scope, address questions, and suggest potential additional avenues of research.
  • Review and Approval: Review and approve VANTAGE work, ensuring projects meet high quality standards and client specifications.
  • Liaison and Feedback: Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to ensure high-quality work and adherence to global delivery standards.
  • Collaboration: Engage with colleagues in the Business Intelligence team as needed for VANTAGE work.
  • Training and Development: Assist Regional Research Manager in training new researchers in VANTAGE methodology and approach.
  • Quality Monitoring: Monitor work quality and provide feedback to Researchers, motivating and guiding them to ensure they are focused and directed effectively.

Requirements:



  • Experience: Proven experience in writing, researching, and reviewing/editing due diligence reports, with demonstrated excellence in research, writing, and editing in English.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing projects, especially where teams are spread across multiple locations.
  • Research Techniques: Strong knowledge of research techniques, databases, networks, online registers, archives, and other OSINT research tools.
  • Influencing: Experience influencing people across an organization, especially without direct reporting lines.
  • Deadline Management: Proven ability to meet project deadlines.

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
