About the RoleThis position requires a strong background in Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with at least 15 years of experience designing and implementing innovative solutions. A Scrum Master Certification from Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org is necessary, along with knowledge of software development methodologies such as Lean, Design Thinking, Scrum, Kanban, scaled agility models, and business agility.
ResponsibilitiesAs an Agile Team Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and ensure project deliverables.
- Providing guidance on Agile frameworks and methodologies to team members.
- Managing adoption of team management tools and projects, including Jira, SQL, and NoSQL Database.
- Maintaining advanced English language skills to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Technical or university professional background in Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
