Responsibilities
As a Digital Design Strategist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing design strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Creating high-quality designs for email campaigns, SMS/MMS campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Working closely with Account Managers to ensure design solutions meet client needs.
  • Assisting in the implementation of design concepts and ideas across various channels.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to junior designers and other team members.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience working as a designer in a professional setting or similar experience in a design role at another agency. You should possess excellent communication, presentation, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills to effectively deliver high-quality work. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies, as well as proficiency in using Figma, Sketch, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
