Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Sales Process Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical architects, and application designers to define functional business process requirements for the SAP system within the Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
The ideal candidate will provide full life-cycle support, create system documentation, and collaborate with other IT teams for integration, development, and cross-functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to understand detailed business requirements
- Serve as primary IT contact and lead role for customer-facing projects
- Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing
- Troubleshoot, debug, and test existing solutions to ensure business continuity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- English language proficiency (Advanced - B2)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT supporting commercial and order-to-cash processes in SAP
- Experience with end-to-end full life-cycle SAP implementation
- Proven experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module
