SAP Solutions Analyst Job DescriptionWe seek a highly skilled SAP Solutions Analyst with expertise in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module within SAP.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical architects, application designers, and delivery managers to define functional business process requirements for the SAP system within a designated functional area.
This role provides comprehensive life-cycle support, including creating system documentation, such as operating procedures, functional design specifications, and technical support documentation.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery managers to understand detailed business requirements.
- Act as the primary IT contact and lead role for customer-facing projects.
- Lead the transition of requirements and use cases to designers, ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements are passed on.
- Translate requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Participate in quality reviews, including management and peer-level assessments, to ensure designs, prototypes, and other requirements meet the requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and test existing solutions to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with other IT teams for integration, development, and cross-functional requirements.
- Effectively utilize new and existing technology to design solutions that support commercial and order-to-cash organization needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English language proficiency (B2 level).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT supporting business-enabled processes in commercial and order-to-cash processes in SAP.
- Proven experience with end-to-end full-life cycle SAP implementation.
- Strong knowledge of sales order processing, delivery, invoicing, pricing, and customer master data.
- Experience with eDocument Cockpit and tax reporting solutions in SAP.
- EDI experience is advantageous.
- Experience in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management is beneficial.
