This role is designed for a seasoned Information Security professional who can lead our team in the development and implementation of sound security strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Advise on security controls, threat/risk assessment techniques, and cloud security best practices to ensure the protection of our complex data, application, and network environments.
- Collaborate with business lines to develop and implement consistent and secure control processes that meet industry regulations.
- Pursue security compliance and process improvements through effective risk management and analysis.
- Participate in initiatives and projects driven by various business lines, guiding project managers to establish sound information security practices.
- A strong understanding of security governance frameworks, including policies and standards related to financial services.
- Advanced knowledge of cryptographic concepts, identity and access management, PKI, intrusion prevention, and vulnerability assessments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2), as well as strong Microsoft Office software skills.
- A degree in computer science or a related field, or relevant work experience.
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or CRISC are an asset.
