At BOG Fortrea Colombia Ltda., we are seeking an exceptional Human Resource Specialist to join our HR Service Delivery Team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering superior customer service and providing quality and timely information to the business regarding general HR inquiries.

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of customer-facing Human Resources experience, with a strong background in providing exceptional customer service in a multi-faceted environment. A High School Diploma is required, with a Bachelor's degree being preferred. The successful candidate will have superior customer service skills in writing, via phone, and face-to-face, with the ability to multitask, work accurately, and possess excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills.

The Human Resource Specialist will act as a central point of contact for employees and leaders for HR-related inquiries, via a Case Management System. Responsibilities will include providing superior customer service, responding to employee questions regarding payroll, company policies, benefits, and general HR inquiries, as well as completing US I-9 documentation and processing using E-Verify system, facilitating off-boarding activities, and maintaining employee personnel electronic files.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a central point of contact for employees and leaders for HR-related inquiries via a Case Management System.
  • Provide superior customer service when responding to employee questions regarding payroll, company policies, benefits, and general HR inquiries across the company.
  • Complete US I-9 documentation and process using E-Verify system.
  • Facilitate off-boarding activities including termination documentation, final paychecks, and separation information.
  • Process various forms related to documenting Human Resources activities.
  • Maintain employee personnel electronic files.
  • Perform employment verifications.
  • Participate in and on HR Service Delivery projects, as needed.

Qualifications:

2+ years of Customer Facing Human Resources experience is preferred.

High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience:

  • Superior customer services skills in a multi-faceted environment; in writing, via phone, and face to face.
  • Flexibility and the ability to multitask is critical.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with many different individuals and prioritize numerous responsibilities.
  • Strong computer skills essential, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Workday and a Case Management System, a plus.
