About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Backend Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building scalable and efficient software solutions using Java or Kotlin. Your work will involve designing and implementing event-driven microservices architecture, working with relational and NoSQL databases, and integrating RESTful APIs.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in back-end object-oriented programming, experience working with microservices architecture, and proficiency in Java or Kotlin. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies such as AWS Lambda, ECS, and Fargate is also essential. A minimum degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required. Additionally, you should possess excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface across cross-functional technology teams and the business.
Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing event-driven microservices architecture
- Working with relational and NoSQL databases
- Integrating RESTful APIs
- Modeling complex product data
- Participating in whiteboarding sessions and authoring architecture decision records
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
