Key Responsibilities- Decompose quality management requirements: Review and break down the quality management requirements in the main contract and technical attachments.
- Develop quality management plans: Prepare quality management related documents, including guidelines and requirements for design, construction, commissioning, and other stages.
- Communicate with stakeholders: Discuss and obtain approval of the project quality management plan with the owner and supervisor.
- Subcontractor management: Clarify quality management requirements into subcontractor procurement contracts, participate in negotiations, and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Quality inspections: Participate in quality inspections and factory inspections of subcontractors, output relevant quality management reports, and review and approve quality management records and documents.
- Issue resolution: Lead cause analysis of quality-related issues, formulate corrective measures, and organize subcontractors to develop 8D reports.
