Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated SEO Client Engagement Specialist to manage client relationships, optimize their SEO performance, and communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client expectations, address queries, and educate on SEO best practices.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including Google Business Profiles management.
- Monitor client performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Route client requests, maintain accurate records, and perform quality checks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SEO, including on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with managing Google Business Profiles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize client needs.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and communication tools.
Estimated Salary: $1800 - $2200 per month
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
Location: Remote (CST Time zone)
