Job Description
As a sales representative, you will interact with clients to offer them the best accommodations, determine travel options based on their needs, and provide general information about travel services. You will guide customers through the best options regarding hotel reservations within the United States and Canada. As a Travel Advisor, you will recommend and sell to our customers the best hotels and places where a person can lodge based on their budgets and needs.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Proactively solve problems for customers in all circumstances.
  2. Offer informed and insightful recommendations to provide the best traveler experience.
  3. Adapt to changing business requirements.
  4. Be responsive to client needs and issue resolution with excellent communication.
  5. Provide outstanding services including reconfirming itinerary details within 24-48 hours.
  6. Handle different personality traits from various customers while maintaining amiability and respect.
  7. Conduct daily heavy prospecting of new clients.

Requirements
  1. High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  2. Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  3. Strong customer service skills.
