**Job Summary**

Amentum is seeking a highly skilled Production Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient planning and execution of maintenance activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and minimize downtime.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field or 10 years of experience in maintenance or production control.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or production control.
  • Knowledge of rotary and fixed wing technical manuals, including structural and mechanical technical publications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automated maintenance management systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, with a minimum of Foreign Service Institute level R/1, S/1.
  • Knowledge of Colombian Aeronautica Civil, FAA, and military maintenance regulations.
  • Knowledge of Colombian safety standards and procedures.
  • Experience with E-LAS / ULLS-A, SAP, or similar automated maintenance programs.
  • Knowledge of production control tools for planning and forecasting at scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
