Job DescriptionAs a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive interviews and qualification processes for managerial and senior-level candidates using advanced interviewing techniques and assessment tools.
- Collaborating with our research team to develop innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
- Staying informed about market trends and recruitment technologies to implement best practices in talent acquisition.
- Utilizing data-driven methods to track recruitment metrics and aiming for continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
You will also be involved in International Partnership Development, which includes:
- Initiating and building relationships with recruitment agencies worldwide.
- Communicating Keller's value proposition effectively to potential partners in various regions.
- Expanding our international partnership network and focusing on creating mutually beneficial agreements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a recruitment firm, with a deep understanding of the operations of recruitment as a business.
- Leadership abilities and confidence in leading interactions.
- Operational management experience with a strategic problem-solving approach.
- Professional demeanor capable of impressing clients and partners internationally.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in IT - Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets, and Slides.
