About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in building our teams by hiring top talent from a wide range of skill sets, including Quality Assurance Testers, Analysts, Designers, and Software Engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Senior Recruiter to deliver qualified candidates to hiring teams and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
  • Conduct initial screens to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and attributes, and deliver a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Develop relationships with universities to attract top talent and manage campus recruitment events, job fairs, and internship programs.
  • Report on important recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and interview-to-offer ratio, and provide guidance to internal teams and hiring managers on best recruitment practices.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of candidate interactions and hiring processes, and seek feedback from team members and hiring managers to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for high-volume roles in the region.
  • Written and oral fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in developing and managing campus recruitment programs, including organizing and participating in career fairs, university presentations, and other campus events.
