Estamos buscando a un Gerente de Experiencia del Cliente en Supply Chain para unirse a nuestro equipo de Bogotá. Nuestro cliente es el proveedor global más experimentado en software de análisis de demanda impulsada por el mercado y optimización de la cadena de suministro.

Con más de 20 años de alto rendimiento, cuenta con una base leal de más de 300 clientes globales en más de 44 países, y tiene una excelente reputación por entregar productos de alta calidad y resultados superiores.

Descripción del cargo

Como Gerente de Experiencia del Cliente en Supply Chain serás el principal enlace entre nuestros clientes en Latinoamérica y nuestro equipo global. Tu objetivo será maximizar el uso de nuestro software de cadena de suministro, asegurando que nuestros clientes obtengan el máximo valor desde la implementación hasta el uso continuo del producto.

  • Gestionar cuentas de clientes en países como Brasil, Colombia, México, Perú, Ecuador y Guatemala, comprendiendo las particularidades de cada mercado.
  • Capacitar y guiar a los clientes en la optimización y gestión de inventarios mediante el uso de nuestro software, ofreciendo un enfoque proactivo en la mejora de procesos.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con consultores en Colombia y account managers en EE.UU. para asegurar una implementación fluida y una satisfacción continua de los clientes.
  • Analizar datos, generar reportes estratégicos y presentar recomendaciones a los clientes para mejorar su cadena de suministro.
  • Mantener una relación cercana con los equipos de soporte, ventas y consultoría, facilitando la comunicación y resolviendo cualquier problema que pueda surgir.
  • Participar en sesiones de capacitación y entrenamiento con los clientes, asegurando que saquen el máximo provecho del software.
  • Actuar como la voz del cliente dentro de la empresa, proporcionando retroalimentación clave para mejorar y desarrollar nuevas funcionalidades del producto.
Requisitos del cargo
  • Experiencia en Supply Chain: Haber trabajado en roles relacionados con planificación, procurement o gestión de cuentas dentro del campo de la cadena de suministro.
  • Gestión de clientes en Latam: Debes tener experiencia trabajando con clientes en Latinoamérica, comprendiendo las particularidades de cada mercado.
  • Enfoque en el Negocio: Capacidad para entender el impacto del producto en el negocio del cliente y asegurar su uso óptimo.
  • Habilidades Interpersonales y Técnicas: Ser transparente, con capacidad para liderar conversaciones incluso con altos ejecutivos (C-levels y CEOs), además de contar con habilidades técnicas para analizar datos, generar reportes y hacer recomendaciones estratégicas.
  • Inglés avanzado: Es indispensable para la comunicación interna con el equipo en EE.UU. y otros países.
Sueldo estimado

Entre $2,500 y $4,000 COP al mes, dependiendo de tu experiencia y calificaciones.
