About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Supply Chain Director to oversee and optimize our organization's supply chain operations in Bogota, Colombia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain strategies, managing key supplier relationships, and ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Analyse market trends, demand forecasts, and supply chain data to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation.
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks and disruptions.
  • Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of success in supply chain optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and vision skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • B2+ English level (written and verbal).
  • Proven leadership and team management experience. Strong people skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
