Cognizant is looking for a talented ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Lead who can leverage their expertise in designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow Platform to drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development, testing, analysis, and maintenance of software applications supporting business requirements, utilizing in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by maintaining the highest standards of technical quality and providing guidance to junior/mid developers.
- Provide technical design guidance within projects, adhering to ServiceNow best practices and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain timely updates for assigned tasks to facilitate proactive customer communication.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delivery Services processes and capabilities, considering customer needs and requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology, along with proven experience in technical consulting roles.
- Proven experience working on the ServiceNow platform, with certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
- Experience in two additional product lines outside of ITSM, with strong analytical skills, research, design, documentation, and software modification capabilities.
- Advanced English language proficiency and foundation-level knowledge of ITIL.
