Job Overview:

We are seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to spearhead our digital marketing efforts across our diverse group of companies. This pivotal role involves enhancing our brand's online presence, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with our overall business goals and objectives.
  • Boost our online presence through search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, and other digital initiatives.
  • Utilize data and analytics to derive insights and optimize marketing effectiveness, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Oversee all company websites and blogs, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and messaging.
  • Establish and strengthen our online brand, employing strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
  • Execute marketing campaigns that achieve business objectives and generate leads, driving revenue growth.
  • Direct and support market research efforts, including data collection, analysis, and forecasting, to inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate leads and nurture customer relationships, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and manage the social media strategy for all group companies, leveraging social media platforms to engage with customers and promote our brand.
  • Coordinate with the leadership team to align company messaging, promotions, and goals, ensuring a unified brand voice.
  • Stay current with trends and changes in the digital marketing landscape, applying best practices to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing or a related field, such as Business Administration or Communications.
  • At least 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a B2B engineering and manufacturing context.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, with a track record of driving business results.
  • Strong understanding of all current digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices, including Google Analytics and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with web design principles and user experience (UX) design.
  • Strong team management and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
