About the Role

The Senior Construction Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. This individual will be responsible for coordinating various stakeholders, reviewing project expenses, and ensuring on-site technicians have necessary equipment and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with on-site foremen to streamline preparation of material lists and handling of quotes/bids.
  • Engage directly with vendors to establish clear expectations for material orders and deliveries.
  • Ccoordinate and schedule permitting inspections tailored to client needs.
  • Provide comprehensive updates to the internal team, detailing project progress.
  • Meticulously process and verify scheduling requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
  • Strategically plan staffing for construction projects, taking into account technician expertise and estimated duration.
  • Foster direct communication with technician supervisors to receive and provide real-time updates.
  • Take a proactive approach to identifying pain points, drafting SOPs, and implementing new processes.
