What You Will Be Doing at Evalueserve
  1. Designing Customized Solutions: Designing customized solutions for our clients that condense industry-specific KPIs into data products.
  2. Leading BI Development Projects: Leading BI development projects and self-managing your workload.
  3. Data Wrangling Activities: Performing data wrangling activities, including querying, cleaning, transforming, and loading large chunks of data originating from multiple sources.
  4. Creating New Data Models: Creating new data models that feed into BI solutions.
  5. Ensuring Data Integrity: Ensuring data integrity and data quality through the life cycle of projects.
  6. Performing Analysis: Performing analysis and generating descriptive to prescriptive insights on collected data.
  7. Developing Reports and Dashboards: Developing reports and dashboards that tell visual data stories.
  8. Communicating with Stakeholders: Communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather business requirements, identifying bottlenecks, defining priorities, developing solutions, and communicating results.
  9. Staying Up-to-Date: Keeping your technical and domain expertise sharp and continually developing your soft skills by participating in company-sponsored programs and self-development activities.
  10. Collaborating with the Team: Being a team player, collaborating to advance the Business Analytics practice at Evalueserve through participation in internal initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  1. Fluent Communication Skills: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English mandatory.
  2. Relevant Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economy, or related fields and the following skills:
  3. 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience relevant to the responsibilities mentioned above.
  4. SQL Skills: Confidence in writing your own queries using SQL.
  5. Microsoft Excel Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  6. Data Visualization Tools: Experience working with at least one data visualization tool among: Power BI, Tableau, and Looker Studio.
  7. Additional Skills: Experience in Python, Git, and cloud computing platforms are a plus.
