Job Description

As a Senior Business Intelligence Solutions Developer, you'll be responsible for creating and managing analytics applications on the Microsoft Power Platform. Your expertise will help us enhance operational insights and tools, and drive business decisions with data-driven solutions. You'll work closely with our Data Engineering and Subject Matter Expert teams to build tools that streamline processes and generate customer-aligned insights. We're seeking a dedicated professional who can deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate a diverse skill set. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, inspecting, mining, transforming, and modeling data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage using Power BI and Microsoft Power Platforms.
  • Developing new analytical solutions using Power BI.
  • Conducting statistical analysis on data and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification.
  • Managing all aspects of end-to-end data processing utilizing customized report building functions of systems.
  • Maintaining analytical systems, verifying the accuracy of the data, and acting as a liaison to the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. We're looking for someone with expertise in SQL and DAX coding, data model design, and a strong understanding of various data sources. Proficiency in Power BI development is essential. We value self-initiative, effective team collaboration, and excellent communication skills. Empathy for end users is crucial to ensure continuous improvements and a satisfactory user experience.

Location

We're open to fully remote candidates, but we prefer those located near our Bogota-based facilities. If you're passionate about healthcare technology and data-driven solutions, we encourage you to apply.

Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
