Job Summary
We are searching for a skilled Data Analyst to spearhead our Looker Enterprise Platform launch project. As a key member of our team, you will lead the transition of our current BI infrastructure from Tableau to Looker, ensuring smooth data integration and optimized reporting.
About the Role
The ideal candidate should possess deep technical expertise in Tableau and Looker, along with strong SQL and data modelling skills. Your duties and responsibilities include:
- Migrating our existing reporting and analytics functions from Tableau to Looker.
- Designing and maintaining Looker dashboards and reports tailored to business requirements.
- Collaborating with Data Engineering to create SQL data models optimized for Looker functionality.
- Setting up the LookML layer to enable extensive data exploration and reporting capabilities.
- Converting existing Tableau reports and visualizations into Looker with accuracy and consistency.
- Testing and validating migrated reports and data sources to ensure reliability.
- Facilitating the transition to Looker by providing training and support to end-users.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A proven track record as a Data Analyst with a technical skillset.
- Strong command of SQL, with experience in data modelling and ETL processes.
- Expertise in Looker Enterprise and Tableau, with hands-on experience creating dashboards and reports.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, efficiently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
$85,000 - $105,000 per year
