About the Role

As a Digital Business Process Optimization Specialist at Tekton Labs, you will play a key role in enhancing our clients' digital experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and business acumen to drive process improvements and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to execute and maintain a range of CRM, digital marketing, and digital payments projects for multiple clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding client processes and identifying creative ways to leverage technological capabilities and other creative solutions to improve their processes with the best customer experience possible.
  • Collaborating with clients, general account teams, creatives, developers, and external vendors to determine project objectives and deliverables necessary to establish and manage project scope.
  • Analyzing and assessing existing business systems and procedures, making suggestions for improvements.
  • Documenting detailed project requirements through working sessions and meetings with all departments.
  • Creatin..g process and business flow diagrams, use cases, storyboards, training documents, and job aids for end users and business users.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer or information systems, engineering, or business administration.
  • Experience (3 years+) implementing and supporting CRM or marketing technology applications.
  • Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of technologies and implementation considerations related to the delivery and operations of digital-based solutions.
What We Offer

In addition to the opportunity to work on exciting projects, we offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
