Role Overview: We are seeking experienced Solution Architects to enhance our Presales team. This role involves engaging with multicultural teams worldwide and requires individuals who are proactive, dynamic, and excellent team players. Main Responsibilities:
- Engage in virtual and in-person meetings with current and prospective clients.
- Provide high-level estimations and strategic recommendations for software delivery, focusing on team composition and project sizing.
- Advise on best practices in software delivery, including CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and UX.
- Evaluate technical leads to oversee software development teams based on their technical expertise and project suitability.
- Collaborate with sales and client services to assess opportunities, outline high-level solutions, and prepare formal proposals.
- Contribute to RFPs/RFIs and participate in their presentation and defense as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) with a focus on team collaboration.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing software developers or engineers.
- 5+ years of specialized experience in a specific area of the SDLC, including relevant languages, frameworks, or technologies.
- Proficient in English at an advanced level.
