Location: Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that printed materials align with design specifications, corporate branding guidelines, and established quality benchmarks.
  • Facilitate ongoing enhancements in print quality across the regional supplier network.
  • Provide comprehensive print production assistance to the regional team.
  • Support the development of new suppliers and enhance technical capabilities of existing partners.
  • Diagnose and resolve printing quality challenges.

Required Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of packaging and commercial printing techniques, including flexography, offset, gravure, and screen printing.
  • Expertise in color reproduction and management technologies.
  • Proficient in color matching and proofing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with various packaging materials and their influence on design execution.
  • Knowledge of packaging design, adaptation, and prepress workflows.
  • Proficient in basic office software applications such as Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
  • Basic familiarity with design software like Photoshop and Illustrator.

Experience & Education:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Packaging Print Production or Graphics, either in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Graphics, or Design.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Working knowledge of flexography, offset, and rotogravure processes is preferred.
