Job SummaryWe are currently seeking qualified candidates for the Senior Finance Director position to be proposed on an anticipated new activity in Colombia. The role will involve managing, preparing, and directing the control of the project budget.
Responsibilities- Review and analyze monthly financial reports regarding budgets – actual and forecast.
- Provide recommendations and consult with management on project finances and compliance.
- Lead financial reporting for annual budget planning, audit reviews, and assessments.
- Mentor staff and provide expert supervision.
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree or its International Equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, including 3 years in management and 3 years working with international organizations, is required. Experience managing a financial analysis department is necessary. You must also have comprehensive knowledge of accounting, financial controls, and financial information systems.
