Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a proactive sales professional to drive business growth and expansion. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle rejections with resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and capture clients aligned with our ideal customer profile.
- Make proactive calls to generate opportunities and schedule appointments.
- Maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejections.
- Clearly and professionally communicate our services.
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
- Connect with corporate clients (B2B).
- Be creative and versatile in prospecting new clients.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in business development.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and platforms like ZoomInfo Sales OS.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejections with a positive attitude.
- Proactive and eager to learn and adapt quickly.
- Focus on generating quality opportunities.
Work Arrangement:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. Remote work available, with occasional on-site requirements.
