Gensler seeks a Senior Interior Designer to lead and inspire design teams in creating exceptional hospitality and corporate interior spaces. As a key contributor to the studio's growth, you will deliver innovative, business-driven design solutions and drive design excellence. Your strong portfolio showcases your ability to create immersive, experience-driven environments that enhance user experience and elevate brand identity.

About Your Experience
You have 10+ years of experience in designing hospitality and corporate interiors, with a proven track record in team development, coaching, and mentorship. Your extensive knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color theory, and specifications enables you to create luxury, branded, and experiential environments. As a bilingual professional, you possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Your Role
In this leadership role, you will oversee the entire design process from concept development to execution, guiding teams in creating branded environments and experiential design strategies for corporate and hospitality clients. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and mentoring multidisciplinary design teams
  • Developing and coaching team members, providing continuous feedback and professional development
  • Representing the firm at industry events, conferences, and client presentations

Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field, along with a strong portfolio of hospitality and corporate interiors projects. Additional requirements include:
  • 10+ years of experience in interior design
  • Proven leadership skills in team development, coaching, and mentorship
  • Extensive knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color theory, and specifications
  • Expertise in luxury, branded, and experiential environments
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
