Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Director to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and coordinate project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to minimize their impact.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may impact project delivery.
  • Ensure that all project activities are conducted in accordance with the company's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of safety, quality, and sustainability within the project team.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure that project deliverables are met and that the company's overall objectives are achieved.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to minimize their impact.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, and Trello.
  • Relevant technical qualifications and certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
