This role is responsible for providing technical support for our vendor management system, creating process maps, and delivering training to ensure the seamless operation of our recruitment systems. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to navigate complex organizational structures, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with HRIS, recruiters, TA leadership, and other operational support groups to drive compliance and efficiency in our talent acquisition processes
- Create process maps and deliver training to ensure the smooth operation of our recruitment systems
- Develop and implement robust solutions to improve business processes and identify areas of improvement
- Lead multi-functional group reviews of issues and process to successfully drive initiatives to completion
- Develop training material and job aids to support the onboarding of new employees
- Gather critical information from meetings and assist in developing and communicating reporting to business groups and management
