We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Art Director to join our Bogota-based team. This role requires daily collaboration with our US-based creative team and clients, so excellent English language and writing skills are essential. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing innovative and impactful visual concepts that effectively communicate our clients' brand messages across various channels.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. You will be responsible for generating ideas, presenting concepts to clients, determining how to best represent concepts visually, working on designs to produce effective social and digital campaigns, coordinating with specialists, offering input to creative meetings, and producing attractive and effective designs for all media.

As a Senior Art Director at 1000heads, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from concept to execution, and collaborate with a talented team of designers, writers, and strategists. Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge of design software and editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, After Effects)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellence in all visual elements (layout, typography, hierarchy, and composition)
- A keen eye for design and visualization, and meticulous attention to detail
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Inspirational and visionary with the self-drive to maintain and improve design standards
- Team player with flexibility to step in when needed on any project
