- Develop and implement strategies to accelerate expansion and impact of commercial assets.
- Establish performance tracking systems to advance execution with focus on picture of success implementation.
- Work closely with Bottlers to improve internal processes, support tools implementation, and RTM revisions to maximize speed and effectiveness of company's response to changing market conditions.
- Partner with Channel Strategy teams to support key initiatives executing, amplifying them through digital and e-commerce business.
- Track channel main indicators, review business performance, and design impactful actions to improve it, when results are below targets.
