As a Manual QA Accessibility Specialist at JobFinder Spain, you will be working on ensuring that our clients' digital products are accessible to everyone. This involves conducting accessibility audits and reporting violations, using automated tools to detect common issues and performing manual testing for deeper insights.
You will also test keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, and dynamic content updates, collaborating with developers and designers to ensure accessibility from the design phase. Your documentation skills will be crucial in documenting issues, logging them in bug tracking software, and creating compliance reports.
We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in manual QA/testing with a focus on accessibility, strong knowledge of WCAG, ARIA, and Section 508 standards. Experience with automated tools such as Axe, Lighthouse, WAVE, Pa11y is also essential. Proficiency in manual testing using NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, ChromeVox and familiarity with mobile accessibility testing (iOS/Android) are required.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred. IAAP certifications (CPACC, WAS) are a plus. If you have a passion for accessibility and are eager to learn and grow with us, we encourage you to apply.
