Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with experience in FastAPI and MongoDB to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing clean, maintainable APIs and has worked on production systems, understanding database optimization. Key responsibilities include designing efficient MongoDB schemas, building and enhancing RESTful APIs, implementing authentication and security best practices, and collaborating with frontend and product teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Strong knowledge of FastAPI (or Flask, Django)
- Experience with MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization
- Proficiency in Python and asynchronous programming
- Experience working with production systems and handling performance bottlenecks
- Familiarity with API authentication methods like JWT, OAuth
