Key Responsibilities- Execute the registration and payment of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Analyze and correctly post accounts payable, prior validation of supporting documents and authorizations.
- Verify compliance with established tax regulations and internal policies.
- Make the correct posting of petty cash documents, ensuring compliance with requirements and authorizations.
- Record travel expenses of employees, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Generate and execute payment proposals to suppliers, according to the established schedule and authorizations matrix.
- Propose and lead changes in processes to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
- Evaluate and mitigate the probability of occurrence of deficiencies in the service, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure the integrity and quality of information and reporting under a global Yara standard and policies.
Education and Experience
Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related careers. Essential: Fundamentals of Accounting, Finance. English fluency. Essential: MS Office Intermediate (PowerPoint and Word), Advanced Excel. Desirable: SAP Module FI/MM.
