Digital Creative Lead - Social Media Visual Storyteller

Are you a talented designer and visual thinker who can craft engaging stories through beautiful imagery and captivating visuals? We're looking for a highly skilled Social Media Visual Storyteller to join our team at Publicis Global Delivery, a talent powerhouse of Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for developing visually stunning social-first content for one of the world's most renowned hotel companies.

About the Role

You'll be working closely with a global team to maintain our brand's visual identity, while collaborating with Senior Designers to showcase your talent and boost your skills in the field. Your primary responsibility will be to create beautiful social media carousels, stories, and other still content from UGC and brand-owned assets. This is an exciting opportunity to make work you'll be proud to add to your portfolio and develop your expertise in digital design, visual storytelling, print, and illustration.

Requirements
  • Advanced English Level B2 or higher
  • A curatorial eye for picture research and image editing
  • Experience designing social-first content, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to engage online audiences
  • A passion for creating beautiful, emotive visuals, from mood boards to fully produced videos
  • Excellent collaboration skills, working closely with a global team to maintain our brand's visual identity
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work
What You'll Get

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with industry-standard design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, Sketch, Figma, After Effects, Office Suite, Keynote, and Firefly. You'll also receive training and support to help you grow professionally and personally. We offer a competitive salary of $85,000-$105,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
