We are actively seeking out talented individuals to join our global team. As a Senior Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

**Job Description**

As a Senior Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing our general accounting and reporting processes. This includes processing journal entries, calculating accruals, and managing allocations.

You will take ownership of ensuring proper reconciliation of reports and accounts, implementing advanced techniques to identify and rectify discrepancies. You will also lead monthly closing activities and reconcile balance sheets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and accuracy standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Lead and oversee timely and accurate management of general accounting and reporting processes
  2. Take ownership of ensuring proper reconciliation of reports and accounts
  3. Take charge of monthly closing activities and lead the reconciliation of balance sheets
  4. Ensure strict compliance with local accounting standards, policies, and procedures
  5. Act as a primary point of contact for coordination with Local Office and internal stakeholders
  6. Drive team productivity and accuracy by setting and achieving performance metrics
  7. Identify opportunities for optimization and sharing best practices across the team
  8. Provide mentorship and support to the team, assisting in the achievement of performance objectives

**Requirements**

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or related field
  2. Extensive experience in BPO/SSC/Centralized delivery model
  3. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Accounting
  4. Proficient in ensuring accurate reconciliation of reports and accounts
  5. Advanced proficiency in Office 365, Oracle, SAP, Dynamics ERP (preferable)
  6. Excellent English language skills (B2) (Mandatory)
