The Role
In this position as a Residential Solar Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in resolving customer inquiries and issues. You will be working closely with various teams, including sales, operations, and accounting, to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- You will gather essential information from customers regarding their service requests and create accurate work orders based on market rates and company guidelines.
- You will communicate effectively with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- You will escalate complex service requests to OMS Specialists and participate in cross-functional meetings to improve customer satisfaction.
- You will maintain accurate records of service issues and resolutions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service process.
Requirements:
- You should have at least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in solar energy or a related field.
- You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of English language.
- You should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- A high school diploma is mandatory, and prior experience in customer service, service maintenance, or clerical work would be advantageous.
