The Healthcare Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth and market penetration of Zebra Technologies' Barcode Supplies portfolio within the healthcare sector across Latin America. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer base for barcode supplies and related solutions in hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmaceutical companies.
This position requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its needs. You will develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the Supplies portfolio in the healthcare industry, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with hospitals, labs, and medical suppliers. You will build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and partners, establishing relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions.
You will also collaborate with medical technology providers to integrate barcode and wristband solutions into healthcare workflows, providing consultative sales support and presenting tailored solutions to clients. Your goal is to educate clients on the benefits of healthcare-based barcode solutions for tracking medical supplies, patient records, and pharmaceuticals; as well as PPID.
You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to align offerings with healthcare industry needs, monitoring market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activities in Latin America. Your feedback will help refine products and sales strategies.
