Job Description
As a member of the customer services team, the network expert will serve as an escalation point for NOC, customers, and the onboarding team for technical network issues. Ensuring 24/7 availability of our network, this role involves handling day-to-day production network problems. The position also requires assisting in incident response, supporting customers during network events and attacks, and collaborating with network architects, engineering, and R&D on infrastructure improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as an escalation point for NOC, customers, and the onboarding team for technical network issues.
- Ensuring 24/7 availability of our network.
- Handling day-to-day production network problems.
- Assisting in incident response.
- Supporting customers during network events and attacks.
- Collaborating with network architects, engineering, and R&D on infrastructure improvements.
Requirements:
- Fluent English skills.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and troubleshooting complex TCP/IP technologies.
- Experience with strong routing and switching concepts (CCNP advantage).
- Experience with Cisco/Juniper routing and switching.
- Experience with routing protocols, BGP (a must).
- Knowledge of protocol, load balancer, and operating systems (Linux) – an advantage.
- Strong skills in Layers 3, 4, & 7.
- Good communication skills and experience working with customers – a must.
- Knowledge of security appliances (such as firewalls) and experience with Radware security and ADC products – significant advantage.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python – advantage.
- Ability to collaborate, sync, and manage processes with other teams to achieve incident resolution.
- Multitasking and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with Radware services and products – an advantage.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
