Key Responsibilities:

  • Embark on as the ambassador for Neostella and the Project team, maintaining professionalism and transparency through the project lifecycle to foster client relationships and trust.
  • Create Task Lists, Project Plans, and Schedules.
  • Proactively oversee and implement the project plan to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
  • Facilitate meetings, including reverse demos, project handoffs between teams, and client status updates.
  • Monitor project budget and project scope using problem-solving skills to take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to create project documentation and perform Quality Assurance.
  • Provide weekly status reports to clients.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a project management role.
  • Experience with software implementation.
  • Team player willing to collaborate to get the job done.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with an eye for efficiency and priority.
  • Superb oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly energetic personality with a flexible attitude toward critical tasks.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience with Agile software development is a plus.

Technical Environment:

  • Atlassian Product Suite (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Lucid Chart.
